Plasma thermal spray

Non-Transferred Arc thermal spray, plasma flow generated from inert gas (velocity: Mach 2, core temperature: 16,500°C); melts the spray precursor instantaneously and discharged at high pressure, adhering completely onto the substrate.

There are wide range of thermal spray material such as metal, non-metal, ceramic (mainly metallic oxide, carbide), cermet etc and this materials add superior wear resistance, heat-resisting property, corrosion resistance, electric conduction, radio radiation shielding effect, and overlaying and carbide properties to the coated film.
